Returns & Exchanges

At Safaa World, we want you to feel confident in every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Safaa World packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
